Role & Responsibilities:-

• Be responsible for interfacing with existing or potential customers, on both Optical an RF Test and measuring equipments. 
• Provide timely and effective remote pre and post sales technical support, 
• Solving technical problems of varied scope and complexity in RF and optical technology.
• Close cooperation with client’s product, to ensure timely management and resolution of technical cases.
• Evaluate and qualify further the customer needs and route the call appropriately within the organization.
• Update customer information in client’s internal systems.
• Leverage post sales interactions with customers to probe and qualify further revenue opportunities.
