Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure correct functionality, determine root causes of failures and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, and

1. 5+ years of experience.
2. Basic knowledge of Networking concepts (OSI stack, general networking concepts like vlan, L2/L3 protocols, flow control, link aggregation etc.)
3. Hands-on experience on Linux servers (RedHat, SLES)
4. Linux network administration knowledge
5. Experience in writing test plans, test cases based on Product specifications
6. Experience with functional and regression test strategies
7. Experience with bug tracking tools
8. Quality conscious and detail-oriented

Desirable:
1. Experience with any scripting language
2. InfiniBand/HPC knowledge
3. Knowledge of distributed file systems like Lustre
